Chief, "links" is gone! The links department is finally killed

For those who are watching the transformations on one popular IT resource (we will not give the link, so as not to cause unhealthy criticism of the disgruntled), we have already noticed that the list of links has disappeared from everywhere. He was at the bottom of the sidebar lists. Somewhere where he can still be observed , but he stopped on October 20. Apparently, on this day, the publishing page of news from the selection was turned off: topic, translation, survey, ...

As far as can be judged, there was no official publication about this in the mass media, therefore we will try to fill this gap. As real analysts, judging the future of large companies, we will think about what the topic link can be replaced with.

1) a blog - you will need to write a fairly meaningful article, at least one that is written by newsmen in order to refer to the link in which everything is written;
2) translation - if the article is not in Russian by reference, you can write a translation, which is generally positively perceived by the audience;
3) a resource for publishing links to interesting and useful materials (reddit.com and the like). In this case, unfortunately, the audience does not know about the event or article.

In general, the links section was a drop out of the usual series of articles in the resource in which the authors 'own essays (and translations of the authors' own articles) were collected, and the links on this background looked like “shortcomings”.
