The attentive reader, of course, will immediately notice that there are, for example, such devices: charging from an AA battery . But they have a completely different usage scenario. After all, in order to use them, you need to think about them in advance and carry them everywhere with you, and if you have not done so, all you have to do is remember them and regret not having bought them in due time. But a pack of batteries can be bought at almost any kiosk, and it will be at hand exactly when you need it.
