Remember - there is no other way. ”Perhaps many will disagree, saying that intrinsic motivation is not always the strongest. However, in most cases, it is she who is the lever that encourages us to action.

Of particular importance is the internal motivation of staff in the field of IT. It is representatives of technical specialties who are more likely to refuse good earnings if they are not interested in their work.
In order to clarify public opinion on the issue of motivation in general (for employees in different areas), I decided not to interview representatives of the personnel department, but those who are the direct object of motivational schemes. To this end, I conducted a survey on
facebook .
In total 1074 answers were given
(1 person could choose several answers) . Variants of answers were offered by survey participants independently.

The three leaders were led by the following incentives:
interest (28%), good team (16%), pleasure (13%). No less significant for people are factors such as
lack of control and pressure, drive and deep moral satisfaction, the prospect of the case, its usefulness, self-realization and the need for creativity.
It is interesting to analyze the motivation of people in the field of IT and share insights.
