My business. Manufacturing QR code. (Part 1)

I want to tell you about how the simple idea of a wedding accessory has turned into a pleasant business with its own production. Business, which today is a two project " Tree of Wishes " and " My da Vinci ."

I would like to devote the first part of my story directly to our production and the second project. Tell about how and what made frames for paintings and photographs.

As an example, to illustrate the entire production process cycle, I would like to take our new service with an original gift with a QR code .

What is QR code I am sure everyone knows well.
QR code type on billboards.

')
On T-shirts.

Business cards.

They print it on solid

and soft surfaces.

We print it on canvas

and offer to use as a stylish solution to decorate the interior of your home or office.
Like this.

Production

All images that we print are framed.

Before the frame becomes a frame, it is called a French baguette (Baguette is a smooth or profiled bar for making frames and curtain rods for paintings, graphic works, photographs, and also in construction.)

Baguette can be many types

From the entire range we choose the style that should solve our interior task. For this fit rake with chromed canvas, from which you get a great stylish frame ...

This rail, the length of which is 2.90 meters, is placed in a special machine called the “guillotine”.

This name is associated with the principle of its work.

A sharp knife makes two smooth cuts at a 45% angle.
Here we cut off one side of the rail.

We need four. After a fascinating, but requiring quite a lot of physical effort process, we proceed to the assembly of cut off rails.

Machine IM-3 Brazilian manufacturer Inmes, allows you to fasten two slats at an angle of 90%.

Fastening occurs with the help of special brackets that cut into the back side of the frame.

We fasten all four sides.

The next step is to create a subframe on which the canvas with the image of QR code will be stretched. The principle of cutting it is the same as a baguette. Similarly, bonding occurs.

The printed image is stretched onto the subframe.
Fasten the subframe with a canvas to our frame.

We fasten the rings, thanks to which we can hang the frame on the wall.

We tie a rope.

Wrap a picture with a film so that during transport the frame is not scratched and moisture does not hit.

We put it in a box.

And then in the package.

The opportunity to make a picture with a QR code appeared recently, so I will be happy to hear your criticism about the service itself, and if you have questions on the organization of production, I will definitely answer them. And do not forget that soon the New Year ... :)
