Underline in username

I draw the attention of those users who use underscore in their names (nicknames). The policy of the party of administration was changed for all of us. I noticed this this fall, most likely this is due to the sensational autumn update. I thought that this change would be additionally reported to the habrasoobschestvu, but still silence ...

I'll tell you what changes were made on the example of links to the profile. Previously on Habré in all references to user profiles that used underscore in the name, "_" was replaced with a hyphen. Now it is removed, i.e. Underscore is not replaced with a hyphen!

For example. Prior to this update, the link to my profile looked like: black-crown.habrahabr.ru (no longer working), although my nickname is written through the underscore: black_crown

Also links to ALL user profiles have been changed. Now, from all links of the habraiser.habrahabr.ru type, there is a redirection to http://habrahabr.ru/users/khabrauzer/ .
And in connection with the changes described above, the users who have the underscore "_" got the most. Now links to their profiles like: black-crown.habrahabr.ru and even with underscore black_crown.habrahabr.ru do not work. For even if you use underscore in the link to your profile, as in the last link, the wrong redirect goes to http://habrahabr.ru/users/black-crown/ . And during forwarding, the underscore is for some reason replaced with a hyphen o_O again.

In general, the conclusions regarding the autumn update, each has long been made by myself.

Therefore, if you used on other resources links to your profile on Habré and this is important for you, they will have to be changed with pens!
