Internet users rendered their verdict to the participants of the rating "Forbes 50 stars"
Forbes magazine and the Rambler portal enabled Runet users from July 30 to August 6 to speak out and vote for the participants of the Forbes 50 Star rating. 18,000 users took part in it, about 154 thousand ratings were given.
The rating was compiled by experts from Forbes, who took into account the income of a star (total amount of honorarium payments), press attention (number of publications per year) and public interest (number of Internet searches). Starting from July 2006, requests made by users of the Rambler search engine were taken into account as Internet requests.
Voting results should make the show business representatives think. So, for example, TV host, and part-time writer, actress, singer and model Ksenia Sobchak, who is the seventh in the Forbes rating, won the most votes “against” - 6,906 people voted for assigning Sobchak a lower rating (only 1,667 people say that TV presenter deserves what it has, or even more). Dima Bilan and Philip Kirkorov howl Internet users have almost the same disgust. “Such a dislike for an online audience can affect the fees of these artists,” says the editor of the Forbes 50 Star rating.
Greater sympathy was voiced by athletes. Maria Sharapova, who is at the top of the rating, received a lot of positive votes, as well as figure skater Evgeni Plushenko and boxer Nikolai Valuev.

As for the literature, in this category, users have lowered a few steps lower, and so occupies the last position in the ranking, Daria Dontsova. But the rating of Boris Akunin and Vyacheslav Polunin was significantly high.
And the fiercest disputes were fought around residents of the Comedy Club show. 3098 people were delighted with their activities, 4754 respondents demanded a downgrade of comedians.
