MIA closed 18 pirate sites
Law enforcement agencies have closed 18 sites selling "pirated" audio-video recordings, software and phonograms.
ITAR-TASS reports that 8 such sites were found in the Chelyabinsk region, but their servers were located in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Last year, 13 such resources were discovered. Moreover, only two of them were directly involved in product distribution, while 8 sites served to search for clients to sell counterfeit products, and 3 were links to resources.
