In Ukraine, the bill “On internal trade” was approved, which establishes the rules for the operation of online stores
Just yesterday, 10/13/11 a cabinet meeting was held in which they approved the draft law “On internal trade”. It added the concept of "remote trading". Remote trade is a form of sale of goods outside of trade or other premises through communications, in which the choice of goods and its order does not coincide in time with its immediate receipt by the buyer.
Further more. The same bill describes the conditions for the operation of an online store, in particular:
It is necessary to have a stationary object of trade (office or warehouse);
A prerequisite is also to inform customers about patents, licenses, the location of the seller and other information that is necessary for trading.
')
Previously, the work of the online store in the legislation has not been described.
Total relatively easy way to start a business turns into a wall of bureaucracy. Even if a person will trade in virtual goods he needs to have an office in which you can perform a mask show.
This bill was sent to correct the found flaws, after which it will be sent to a vote in the Verkhovna Rada.
