Skyscraper with rotating floors will appear in Moscow

Mirax Group, one of the largest Russian construction corporations, has signed an agreement with architect David Fisher (David Fisher), head of Dynamic Architecture, to erect a rotating skyscraper in Moscow.


Start of construction is scheduled for the end of 2008, and the end - in the first half of 2011. Its unusual method should contribute to the acceleration of construction: first the central core will be erected, and then the floors made at the factory and brought in the form of large sections to the construction site will be “hung” on it.
