Give time!

For some time on Habré there have been dramatic changes, about which there were already many words (still!). I offer only one small, but important improvement:

Please extend the life of articles in the "New" section.

Up to three days. And better to five. Now this term is limited, judging by the dates of the articles, to one or two days. (The comments suggest that the deadline is one day.)

Due to the fact that the demand for technical blogs and articles and so below the plinth, and technical articles need only 2 and a half interested, they can not quickly collect the pros. (We are not talking about this - it is generally harmful content, where there is not a word of truth). Many articles simply do not have time to catch the eyes of those to whom they are intended, and flow away into non-existence, disappear from view. And there still seem to be articles with votes <7, but since they are published the day before yesterday, no one will see them.

In addition, highly specialized “technical” tapes (I, for example, are subscribed to programming and everything connected with it) look poor: one or two pages, sometimes three. Not very pleasant psychologically. It seems that there is no life on the technical Habré.

Now I have the last article in the tape dated October 12, 2011, 05:20. Although I remember that yesterday there were about five interesting posts. I don’t know where to look for them now.
