Recently I caught myself thinking that I often write extensive comments on blogs that could be laconised using an illustration (which I rarely do). And all because (as Grishkovets ™ correctly noted) “I want not only to explain, but also to make it clear”. And the pictures are few, I want to more accurately express emotion, tempo (and sometimes tear). For this would be well suited video quotes (tadam!)
Idea from the left pocket: to collect a collection of excerpts (to come up with a temporary, formatted and some other standard there) from video material that is known to many (ideally almost everyone). Phrases Zheglova, Detochkin, Cheburashka, Harry Potter ... to taste. Embed code in the comment (blog) - and all things. In the comments there is a mini-player with the desired seconds of the video, explaining better than any words.
Idea from the right pocket: create a web-based two-zero accumulation service, minimal online editing and sharing excerpts. With advanced search, usage ratings, user profiles, tags ... and all the necessary accompanying crap. ')
An amendment from a colleague’s pocket behind his back (of which I am now ready to kill): "All this does not drive, because of the inevitable problems with copyright ..."
But the idea is nice, what do you say?
PS: somehow I used this in a conversation in jezhe ™. Due to the lack of necessary service, everything was done by “improvised means”, and yet it had some effect.
