PayPal earned an admission to Russia

This morning I logged into PayPal and a new tab appeared - a request for payments. I tried, my partner was able to send me a payment (Russian account), and I told him. Our ekkanuts are old (3+ years), verified. So congratulations to all the Russian Paypals who now have the option to receive money.

PPS Strange glitch, after you make accept payment, it continues to be reflected as unclaimed. But if you log out and log back in - the balance is updated instantly.
