Last month, there was news about testing Google Voice in Europe (
http://habrahabr.ru/blogs/voip/128829/ ). The opinion was expressed that this service would not be to the liking of the Big Three, and as a result, its appearance in Russia is questionable.
This week in the GMail web interface I saw an invitation to make free calls to phones. Very few details with the tariffs under the cut.
Of course, I accepted the invitation and clicked on the message. There is a link "Dial the number"

Press, on which, calls the dial pad in the lower right corner of the page.

Unfortunately, calls from the USA and Canada to the same countries are free of charge.

Balance replenishment is done via Google checkout from a bank card.
PS: For some of my friends in Russia, Google Voice is still not available.
