Penguin Software and the Free Software Development Nonprofit Partnership (RASPO) invite you to take part in the press conference “Creating a National Software Platform - an Important Step on the Way to Building an Information Society” dedicated to signing an IO / 04 tender -11 "Development of prototypes of basic software and hardware components of the national software platform and documents regulating the order of assembly, acceptance, deployment and operation of the software mmnyh decisions in the fund of algorithms and programs.
