FastVPS misfire, or bad karma?

I chose FastVPS after reading a lot of articles, comments and reviews. About hetzner as a whole, only positive reviews, about FastVPS is similar. Prices are nice and the reseller can be paid with WebMoney. Feedback about the Russian-language technical support is positive. Having enlisted these facts I paid for the server

I paid for the server on September 30 - Friday, 3 pm
Ordered NHS-1, paid 91 euros (49 + 49 and 7% discount on the coupon)
On Monday, October 3, I wrote a support ticket and asked when to wait for the connection. I was told that they will connect within 120 hours and that usually the connection time is less.

On Thursday, October 6, I decided to inquire about the status of the order and asked the respective question on the same ticket. In response, I read that the servers are activated by their manager, who is on a business trip and will return after the 7th, then install the server. I tried to clarify (because it is written that they do not activate at the weekend) - wait at the weekend or next week on Monday? In response, I was told that the server will be connected all this week until Friday.

On Friday, the 7th day, the server was never connected, and 120 hours, declared on their website, have expired. In response to the ticket, I was excused and said that the server would be turned on this weekend and they would add a rental week for free.

Sunday comes to an end, there is no server. Here is such a pun. The contract does not say a word about their obligations in case of delay on their part. My order coincided with the replacement of the main line of servers in hetzner, perhaps the delays are present because of this. But I can understand, there is no server, it is worth it and I lose money, which is a very unpleasant moment. One word, dissatisfied. Did you have such moments in working with FastVPS?
