You are not very calm at work? Are you worried about a possible crisis? Well, permanent stress can cause all sorts of diseases and disorders, and you will not even suspect that you are under stress. Doctors have long discussed the impact of stress on our health, but so far for a single person, stress was an abstract concept. Spilled coffee? So, I have stress, not otherwise. Specialists from Tokyo Metropolitan University have created a portable stress level meter.
The system looks very simple - it is a flat parallelepiped with a contact pad for a finger. The device is connected to a laptop or PC, where the corresponding software does its work. A person who wishes to measure the level of stress should put a finger on the contact pad, and the system will measure the characteristics of the blood flow. The whole diagram shows the level of stress in a real-time system on a four-point scale. ')
The stress indicator will be known within 10 seconds after the person puts his finger on the contact pad. Now, as mentioned above, the contact area and the computer that conducts the analysis of indicators are two different objects. Scientists have already created a prototype device, which is a mouse, measuring the level of user stress. It is much more convenient, and, you see, more practical.
When working with a task that is done, as always, at the last moment, it will be possible to measure your own stress level. In principle, a rather useful invention, and if all this goes on sale, buyers will clearly be found.
