The title is quite loud, but I unwittingly became a participant in a rather interesting set of circumstances. So, everything is in order. About six months ago, I purchased a cell phone HTC Desire HD. Soul in him doted, petted and cherished. Almost immediately after the purchase, I put KMS9 (license) on it and set up Anti-War.
On the 1st of October, having pretty much gathered in one of the bars of the capital, getting home on a caught car, of course, left a cell phone on the seat. The bomb drove me straight to the door, so it took about 5 minutes before the discovery of the loss. But it was not there - the battery in the phone lived out the last seconds and when I tried to call it, it instantly sat down, as I guess.
Having firmly decided to postpone the purchase of a new droid, and having been patient, I began to await the notice of a change of sim card. The days went by and ...
')
this morning at 08:08 (I'm not a fan of numerology, but still!) comes the cherished notification of a change of SIM with the number, attention, + 792034913 (let's call it
Player 1 ). This, as they hinted to me, is Ivanovo region, Megaphone.
I certainly send the cherished command find: security_code to this number - in response to silence.
I call - the woman picks up the phone and goes to refusal that they say about what HTC does not know.
Thinking, sending SMS with the following text:
. . , , HTC Desire HD. 8 . ( ) . , . .
Silence ... the coordinates also do not come - the find command flies into the void again.
At 16:40 I receive a new message about changing the SIM card. New phone number owner + 792675898
(Player 2) . This number is more like the truth - the region of Moscow.
I did not call, but immediately sent the same message as the first number and then the find command.
Silence ... no reply no greeting but delivery reports came.
Just at 20:20 (Again, the numbers!) Player 1 calls me and tells plausibly, with an accent that they say we are from the Ivanovo region and didn’t use anything and didn’t steal, and Moscow last time was October 1-3 on an excursion monastery. I asked all possible questions: didn’t the phones go to the store, didn’t they put their sims in anywhere. The answers are negative.
In parallel, on October 1, I started a correspondence with KMS support, but as it turned out, they don’t collect any data and cannot do anything, which of course upset me, as I was sure that I’ve been buying software from them for voluntary monitoring of my by the apparatus.
So far I have a question: is it possible to fake a number on a SIM card? Well, that woman from the Ivanovo region could not be involved.
To be continued…
UPD. October 8, 14:00. A SIM card change happened again: + 792034913 (
Player 3 ). Now I’m almost 100% sure that these are fake sim-clones because the differences between Player 1 and Player 3 are only in the last digits of the number.
