In terms of the situation, I can say the following (the company's official commentary: at the moment, MTS Internet subscribers are NOT allowed to use voice information programs such as Skype and the like. Naturally, the installation and use of these programs is NOT blocked and services are provided in full.
The problem occurred due to the fact that the site was posted outdated version of the contract. This item, which refers to the prohibition of programs for the transmission of voice information, was included by Comstar-Direct, when they did not have a company license to provide communication services for the transmission of voice information in a data network.
We are now updating all subscription agreements, and, of course, this clause will be excluded from the new version of the agreement.
