diveintohtml5 we transport on app engine

Because Recently, the documentation service for html5 diveintohtml5.org Mark Pilgrim is - I decided to raise my preference with the ladies on the Google platform. All the docks were available on the githaba and there are only static files, so there were no problems. Only due to Google’s limitations on the maximum file size of 10MB, two videos did not fit, but a copy of them in webm format did.

UPD : replaced the video with smaller ones of the same formats, and corrected a couple of flaws with the Google geolocation API.
