Steve Jobs was a great innovator who personally changed the world. Much of what we see around us first arose in the imagination of Steve Jobs - and now it has become a reality for billions of people. The history of Jobs inventions can be traced in
317 patents (infographics of the NY Times), where his name is indicated among the authors.
Steve Jobs is the author and co-author of desktop designs (20 patents), iPods (85 patents), iPhone and other iOS devices (48 patents), AppleTV (6 patents), laptops (39 patents), monitors (5 patents), mice and keyboards (13 patents). He is the co-author of some innovative elements of the operating system MacOS (33 patents) and NeXT (3 patents). Not a single trifle could escape the attention of a genius, so Steve Jobs changed the appearance of several power adapters, plugs, connectors, covers, clips and lanyards for headphones, speakers, and even invented a staircase with glass steps of a special design (there are only 21 patents).
This is Steve Jobs’s contribution to making life around us more comfortable and beautiful. This is what he managed to do.

By the way, some of Jobs' inventions have never been released to the market, including a display on a flexible leg and with a three-knee mount, a portable device for tracking account balance, and so on.
