We have implemented the service, but we still do not know how to defeat the legal difficulties with copyright arising at every step. The service allows you to automatically create synthesized audio tracks on a subtitle file (.srt) with incredible speed. At the entrance you submit the original video and subtitle file, the output is a finished video with the original Russian sound (we do not completely drown out the original sound track to achieve the “Volodarsky effect”, and the original intonations are diluted with the monotonous voice of the robot).

We thought on what to show the power of this service. First, we voiced Jobs , then Lady Gaga ... Well, then we decided to voice the whole TED (popular international conference Technology Entertainment Design ).

But the problem is where to post the results. With vimeo.com, we were kicked out (even from a paid account), Yandex.video doesn’t go to the iPad, we’ve got a 15-minute restriction of videos on youtube and some videos are banned (now, however, removed again) ... In short, legal restrictions have not provide an opportunity to roll out this service in the form in which we would like.
