We thought and decided to remove the “Everything” tab from the main page - now, instead of it, the “ Best ” tab, so as not to waste much time on reading the very-most. Therefore, we advise you to move to the Ribbon tab as soon as possible and customize it to your taste - use the Habrom that interests you 100%!
To "return as it was," simply check all the blogs in the ribbon settings.
Damn it, it's hard to believe, but we did open the registration for everyone. However, with one small condition - registered accounts will have read only rights. These rights make it possible to read all blogs on the site (including closed ones), customize the feed, add posts to favorites and subscribe to comments.
An important point: now only “read only” accounts can write to the sandbox - having published a post worthy of Habrahabr, you can pump a “deaf-mute” account to a full one.

More precisely, we were not prepared for the number of requests to the database, which was generated by the tapes of these users - because of this, the site was unavailable. A separate sentence will appease those who have misunderstood the meaning of innovation: the registered accounts are intended ONLY to read the site, that is, these users will not be able to do any malicious actions. Trolls to register does not make sense.
