Greetings. Here I have another little wish.
And it is possible in the text of the letter to add a comment / reply to a comment to indicate the name of the topic, too.

At the moment we have:

JoeDoe (Joe Doe) replied to your comment:
response text

And you want:

User JoeDoe (Joe Doe) responded to your comment in the topic “The problem of penguin breeding in Africa”:
response text
