Hello dear Habrovchane! I want to tell you the story of a startup.

A year ago, I had an idea - to make a service for broadcasting game video (it all started with watching StarCraft 2 video on
sc2tv.ru ). Not finding such projects on the Internet, I gathered a team of like-minded people, and we set to work.
')
Perhaps you read about us on
greenfield-project.ru or on
wanted.vc .
The first prototype appeared literally in a month: a sample version of the site was uploaded to the shared-hosting, they set up the wowza media server and drove off. The first spectators began to appear, gradually a clearer understanding of the project concept came. As time went on, the project acquired all the new features.
Here is what we have a year later:
- Broadcasts without quality restrictions
- The possibility of broadcasts with a time delay
- Record live broadcasts
- Hosting to store broadcasts
- Setting channel access rights
- Universal exported player
- Chat Cybergame or QuakeNet IRC to choose
- Formation of a personal broadcast schedule
- Primitive api for developers
- Good availability of broadcasts around the world through the use of CDN

Every day we have up to 10,000 video views every day, terabytes of traffic are
flowing , our player can be found on dozens of gaming websites of the RuNet (the most famous ones are:
sc2tv.ru ,
vodportal.ru ,
stopgame.ru ,
worldoftanks.tv ,
imbarena.com , etc. ). We regularly receive offers of cooperation with gaming sites. At this rate in a few months we will be able to achieve 100,000 video views daily.

Practically at the same time such projects as
own3d.tv ,
regame.tv ,
twitch.tv appeared with us, there is a lot of money behind their backs, and they are developing very quickly, which confirms the growing popularity of this video.
But there is one problem - we ran out of money. All the expenses of yesterday’s three students were all expenses, and now the moment came when the project became too expensive for us, and the monetization had not yet been fully realized. We were well aware that we would not be able to master this project alone, we need investors. But, unfortunately, for all the development time, we never managed to interest potential investors (in most cases, no one came to contact with us). The realities are such that if in the very near future we don’t find money from outside, we will have to close the project. It's a shame because we really invested a lot in it. But, more importantly, we continue to believe that he may have a future. Therefore, if after reading this topic, you have any ideas how to help us - we will be happy to hear.
