Startup from Hong Kong has created an interesting device to help lose weight

The display is created so that the user can enter the number of calories consumed every day, as well as a list of necessary exercises. Autom responds to the entered data, advising something based on the information received. In addition, the robot even encourages the "athlete", helping him continue to fight in the right direction.

The authors of the project even conducted a study comparing the results of two teams of people who want to lose weight and get in good physical shape. One team worked with Autom, the second - with the usual Internet service. As you can guess, the results are better for the team that the robot helped to lose weight.



The cost of the device is about a thousand US dollars, to be exact, then 959.4 dollars.
