Expand your business. Get technical expertise in various areas, such as sales, consulting, customer service, management;
Work on unconditional leaders. Work on well-known companies or on important, influential projects;
Choose projects with influence. Do not play only minor roles and do not work in the side of the project. At least work on one project that will quickly fly up to the skies;
Speak clearly and directly. In risky and difficult projects, be politically correct and decisive;
Be softer. Be a demanding leader and go for the result, but also develop people's skills and their attitude to the task;
Raise your flag. Report on the success of your team;
Meditate. Evaluate your leadership qualities, methods, advantages and what your career should look like.
