How much do you remember the phone numbers?

When stationary landline phones with 6-digit and then 7-digit numbers were in use, I remembered more than a dozen numbers. When mobile phones entered our lives ... I caught myself thinking that I only remember one number - my wife's number. Although I often call both parents and friends. But from their phone numbers I remember only some combinations, I can rather just say it is a number or not.



There is no need to remember, because there is a phone book. In the old disc phones such utility, of course, can not be found. A juzat notebook ... it's easier to remember the number. Or the question is that more numbers need to remember? And maybe laziness. Maybe new technologies make us lazier.
