As part of the ongoing liquidation of goods, HP decided to throw away a batch of tablets for their own. You can buy them through the Employee Purchase Program (EPP), said one of HP employees from the US office.

Applications are accepted through the EPP website, starting at 9:00 PDT. The number of tablets is limited, they give only one per hand in turn.
