In the new version of the system “Simple Business” 1.5.5.11 ( www.prostoy.ru ), the functionality of managing current affairs by employees has been updated and supplemented. Now, managers can receive operational information about the employment of each employee and streamline the process of assigning tasks. Things allow you to optimize the work of the staff of the organization, as well as improve the personal effectiveness of each employee.All business operations by employees of the organization are performed on the “My Affairs” tab of the main program window.
Since each organization has a “Automatic Time Recording” function, employees who do not have current affairs to perform, periodically receive the following message: “You haven’t noted the case for more than 10 minutes.” Such messages will notify an employee of the organization throughout the working day, provided that the employee does not have current active affairs.
The function of creating a new case is available to the user on the “Cases” tab in the main window of the “Simple Agent” program. To start the process of executing a case, right-click on the row of the selected case and select the Run command from the context menu. Also, the launch process can be initiated by clicking the launch icon to the left of the case name.
The process of doing things can be suspended by clicking the Pause icon on the right side of the title bar of the current case.
When work with a case is completed, the user must mark the completed case by clicking the checkmark icon in the left part of the case title bar.
At the current time, each employee has only one active process for doing things. But during the execution of the current case it is possible to create other cases. An employee has the right to create cases for himself or herself, and also assign tasks to other employees. Employees can determine the affiliation of a particular case in the case properties window, which is displayed on the screen by double-clicking on the case record or using the corresponding context menu command.
In order to optimize the use of working time for each active case, timekeeping is used. As soon as the case is launched for execution, the user can track the time in minutes spent on the current case in the title bar.
The program also has the ability to monitor in real time the process of performing current affairs with those employees whose records are accessible to the user in accordance with his status. The owner of the organization (or an employee with administrative rights) has the ability to track the execution of the affairs of all employees of the organization. View of the performance of affairs by employees is carried out on the “Contacts” tab of the main program window - in the status of each employee, the currently executed case is displayed.
