First results

Hello! Farminers Academy of Projects held the first two round tables and is ready to talk about the first results.
For both days, representatives of 67 projects came to us. Academics gave everyone from 1.5 minutes to speak, and then about 10 minutes asked questions. Some presentations turned out to be shorter: in two minutes it was clear, “our” project or not.

As a result, academics selected 17 projects with which they would begin negotiations. The founders honestly said that they did not promise to take them all: someone would agree on cooperation on other conditions outside the Academy format, someone would refuse for their own reasons. The final decision will be made within one and a half weeks.
As it was said, the Academy does not publish any lists of past projects. But, of course, later it will be announced who exactly went to the incubator. In the meantime, just say that among the 17 selected projects there is a recommendation service, a social aggregator, an e-commerce service and a service for mobile devices. In other words, academics fully adhere to the requirements stated on the site .
The potentially interesting game project was not invited to the incubator (this was also announced in advance), but we hope that the authors will accept the offer of cooperation from Alisa Chumachenko and Game Insight .
As a result of the round tables, it became clear that the Academy is ready to some extent to meet the huge demand for educational events. Academics announce the launch of operations code-named "Debriefing." Once a month and a half, they will collect projects that have not been selected at the round table and have submitted applications for participation, and publicly parse several of them. Of course, only with the consent of the authors, and of course, it is still outside the format of “lynches” and “pipes”: the main task of the academicians on “debriefing” is to think about improving and refining the project. The closeness of events will remain: the entrance to the “debriefing” will be by invitation only. Approximately the first such "analysis" will be held in mid-October.
The following round tables are scheduled for September 24 and October 1. Apply, come, get $ 150,000 for your project!
