The epic of legal disputes between Apple and Samsung continues. If you remember, the first company was able to achieve in court the prohibition of sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy Tab 7 tablets (in Germany, a total ban, in the rest of Europe - temporary). After some time, Samsung, in turn, filed a lawsuit against Apple, claiming that the Yabloko’s violate three patents of the South Korean company concerning wireless data transmission technologies.
Samsung filed a lawsuit in the court of Paris. Now it became known that the South Korean giant filed a lawsuit against Apple in Australia. The essence of the claims - a violation of patents on data transmission technology from Samsung. As in the case of the French court, we are talking about data transfer technologies used in the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4, as well as all iPad models with a 3G module. That is, it is not about the similarity of design, imaginary or explicit, but about a specific violation of specific patents on data transmission technologies.
By the way, earlier Apple managed to sue Samsung and in Australia, still claiming that the South Korean company copies the design of some devices from Apple. By the way, in a few days (or even weeks), the court of Australia will make a decision that will determine the fate of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia. Now the reverse process regarding Apple devices is beginning to unfold.

In any case, it will obviously be going on for more than one month, and the results of litigations can be very interesting. Probably, Samsung will not stop at Australia and Europe, and will file lawsuits against Apple in other regions. In general, for the time being, Apple is leading the bill, but that may change.
