I know that I already had a similar post about deleting servers and data within 14 days from the moment of zero balance on clodo.ru. But, I want to clarify about a couple of moments, how can you not even know about it at all and skip these 14 days.

Started with the terms of the service agreement:

3.10 Within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of the formation of a zero balance on the Facial
Subscriber’s account, Subscriber’s account is saved. After this period, the whole
Subscriber information is automatically deleted. The last 5 (five) days
specified deadlines are reserved, and the Operator is not responsible for
Premature deletion of Subscriber information. Saving an account does not mean
save any data uploaded by the Subscriber to the servers of the Operator.

That is, we have 14 days, but, the main thing here is different, since the formation of a zero balance.
And here we have the first surprise, because Klodo provides us services on credit! Yes, yes, we successfully pass 0 and go to the negative. It would seem as convenient, forgot to pay or did not work, so it's okay the server is still working. If it were not for one BUT!

In the control panel, we are given the option of notifications about the end of money and before deletion. There are even sms notifications, only they will never come to you, because the cost of SMS is 5 rubles, and what can be SMS with zero or negative balance. :)
Everything seems to be fine until you get to that very zero. As it turned out, no messages come even to the email. That is, with peace of mind, I am all in the work, because I still have after all the known cases of punctuating a less important site for a clod.
I have both a phone number, skype, and email, but before deleting, no one deigned just to be sure that I’ve been keeping ten sites there and being their client for six months or more. And constantly paying for your server.

According to the logs, my server was turned off 09/09/2011, and today, 15/09/2011, I find out that it has already been deleted, my ip address has been given to another user, and on the websites someone's paid advertisement for a dating site opens. And most importantly, we don’t keep clodos backups, but why should they? After all, they are hosting that cares about their customers!

For those who still use the services of this company for some strange reason, you know, today I am, and tomorrow you. After all, the market still need to look at so much negligent and disregard for customers hoster.
