The court forbade Anonymous to go online under the real name

A British court baffled the public with another strange decision . The case of four young men suspected of involvement in Anonymous (they were arrested in December 2010 and January 2011) is being considered there. Immediately after their arrest, they were released on bail, subject to a ban on communication in IRC. However, the defendants took the matter seriously and continued to communicate on the Internet, using, among other things, Twitter and video chat. Therefore, the prosecutor asked the court to toughen the conditions of the pledge and also close access to Twitter and Tinychat on the grounds that “Anonymous retains the status of the existing organization.”

The court heard the prosecution, but agreed with the arguments of the lawyers and declared such claims excessive. As a result, it was decided that the accused could continue to go on the Internet, but they have no right to use their old nicknames, by which they are known on the web.

The funny thing is that one of the four defendants, 20-year-old Peter David-Gibson, always spoke online under the nickname Peter . So, now the court forbade him to do it. The guy is obliged to maintain privacy, because he is suspected of involvement in the "Anonymous".
