File Sharing Hotfile sues Warner Bros

Hotfile's popular file-sharing service sues (ENG.) For Warner Bros. Hotfile accuses the studio of copyright fraud, namely that Warner Bros. used the anti-piracy tool Hotfile to delete files for which the studio had no rights, including free and open source programs. Earlier Warner Bros. and several other large companies sued Hotfile, accusing it of promoting piracy.
