So, besides the usual topics, there are also topics from the sandbox, and you can publish them with any kind of karma, so you can publish a topic with karma less than zero, for this (using the example of chromium here): go to Developer Tools -> Element -> Search topic-type, we change the value of the field to sandbox and voila, the topic is supposedly from the sandbox, as a confirmation of the theory I publish this topic with karma -4.
