Education in St. Petersburg: Designing user interfaces

- Introduce the theory of human-computer interaction design
- To acquaint with the concepts of ergonomics and usability
- To give knowledge about the overall organization of the user interface and its elements
- To teach to design the user interface, including for systems of various types
- To acquaint with standard interface solutions
- To give knowledge about the main processes of interface design (gathering information, prototyping, testing, etc.)
- Teach usability evaluation

The program is approved by the RusCHI Training Committee and recommended as a program for training professional specialists in the field of user interface design.
