A social network has opened for the dead

Launched the site "Remember about" , where users can get pages dedicated to deceased people.



“Register” on the site can be deceased relatives and friends or celebrities. “Profiles” of Vladislav Listyev, Patriarch Alexy II, actor Alexander Abdulov and other famous personalities have already been created.



"Remember about" is positioned as a social network. On each page there is a “wall” where visitors can leave comments. Users can unite in "groups" and give the dead "gifts" (in the list of gifts - a cigarette, candy, a candle and a glass covered with a piece of bread).

There are thematic sections "Directory", which contains a list of the registry offices, morgues, cemeteries, churches and ritual agencies, and "Useful Information", which, among other things, provides a list of funeral customs from different nations. The press release states that the project “sees as one of its tasks the formation of a culture of attitude towards the fact that our life is finite”.



Soc. the network is managed by the Permian Soyuz OJSC.



Recall that the soc. networks dedicated to dead people are also created within “traditional” social networks, including VKontakte and Facebook.
