The IFA conference doesn’t make us happy with the novelties among smartphones, but there are plenty of Android Honeycomb tablets for every taste and color. This time we got to the stand of Toshiba , which presented the previously lit prototype of the thinnest and lightest 10-inch AT200 tablet. First impressions about the device in our video:
In addition to the excellent dimensions (weight 558 g, thickness 7.7 mm) and stylish design, the tablet stands out among other competitors with its Texas Instruments OMAP 4430 dual-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. The sample runs Android Honeycomb 3.2 with no Toshiba add-ons.

The device is also equipped with a display with a resolution of 1280 × 800 already traditional for this form factor, two cameras (2 and 5 MP). Battery capacity is not yet known. Probably, it will not be very high, but the manufacturer promises that it will be enough for 8 hours of continuous operation .
At least two versions of the gadget will be on sale: WiFi and 3G. The tablet should enter the market before the end of the year, for the Christmas holidays. The price, according to representatives, will be comparable with competitors.
