Frequently forgotten design elements

Those elements that should already be defaulted are often not even written in the TK, because many people think that the designer already knows about them and should not be boring and describing them.

Navigation , provide that in addition to the standard "about the site" and "news", other sections may be added. Keep in mind that in most cases, the site administrator can add and delete sections.

Search , then be sure to draw the output page. Also, if you draw an “advanced search” link, then you need to show what an advanced search will look like.
News or any kind of tape , do not forget about pagination (pagination). Now, the uploading of a new batch of content to the end of the page has come into fashion, but the content is loaded not infinitely, but for example, 3-4 batches, and then the link “load more ...” appears. Yes, it is also desirable to draw.
The form , then keep in mind that the user may enter it incorrectly and need to display an error. Show how errors will be displayed.
The form , do not forget to draw the “antibot code”, so that during layout, the layout designer pre-inserts some static image there, and the programmer will replace it with the code he needs.
Avatars (social network, blog, forum), when presenting them in its various forms (profile, comments, post, top 10, etc.), then keep the proportions, and better determine in advance which dimensions you need to immediately generate (50x50, 100x100 ...) and later on rely on these dimensions. Or at least, so that it was possible to vary the scale, and not so that in one place was 100x100, in another 50x50, and in the third 64x45.
Pages with text , put on them all sorts of elements at once in a different order (lists, links, images, headings, hyphenations, etc.). Then the coder will immediately determine the styles for them and there will be fewer problems with the WYSIWYG editor.
Links , define colors for them (hover, visited).
Comments to the post or guestbook , know that the comments themselves do not appear, they must be left by the user, and for this you need a form that also needs to be drawn.
