Website terms and conditions". How to call it without resorting to taboo vocabulary - I do not know. In the network for a long time there are rumors about the disgusting attitude of the administration Freelans.ru to users. At the same time, as I understand it, this kind of announcement there is a normal practice. So you really can not claim their rights to ideas or design, because it is also intellectual property, and in the case of the site also legally executed.
