Unfair competition and the reaction of foreign customers

There is such an incident, in my city, company X, which until recently was practically a monopolist - uses threats and other purely domestic methods of competition, more detailed www.developers.org.ua/forums/topic/4454 - I suspect that in the CIS open spaces is not the only happening. So this question is of interest - as usual, foreign customers and outsourcers behave in such situations. When the salary difference is 2 times - company X has much more funds for bribes to the relevant structures ... My employer recently threatened a lot of money for new equipment and a new office in another city ... What do you think, will he explain to customers that they have spent money on dismantling such a plan or just close the office, transfer projects in case of serious problems? .. How will the company X react to such things to such maneuvers?
