"Caucasian Silicon Valley", a public-private project, preliminary cost - 32,000,000,000 rubles

Today I read ( on the RBC website , although the source of the news is Kommersant) that the Republic of North Ossetia - Alania came up with the idea to launch a private-state project for the production of silicon products for solar energy (for 32 billion rubles) in the North Caucasus such intentions:

• in the Stavropol Territory to start production of polycrystalline silicon,
  
• in Kabardino-Balkaria - monocrystalline silicon,
  
• in Karachay-Cherkessia - multicrystalline silicon,
  
• in North Ossetia - photovoltaic cells,
  
• in Dagestan - solar modules.

Ah, gentlemen, well, perhaps the best illustration of the power of ideas of tolerance, multiculturalism, multinationality, effective ownership, modernization, globalization, constitutional order and the struggle against separatism is possible than this.

By the way, I note: there is no Chechnya and Ingushetia in this regard.
