Samsung Galaxy S, S II, Ace phones are banned in Europe due to patent infringement by Apple

In Europe, the decision of the court in The Hague prohibits the supply of Samsung Galaxy S, S II, Ace phones due to patent infringement by Apple. The ban enters into force on October 15.
A patent called “Managing photos on a mobile device” describes how to scroll your fingers through the photo gallery on the touch screen. Judge Brinkman also said that the decision could be canceled if software that violates Apple’s patent is removed from devices or if devices are upgraded to Android 3.x, where the patent is not violated.

Interestingly, this functionality is standard in Android 2.3, but claims are made specifically for Samsung devices.

The court denied Apple claims in other articles, in particular, in claims of copying the appearance and interface elements of the iPad and iPhone by Samsung.
