Two in one: mouse plus numeric keypad from EzKey
The Taiwanese company EzKey is engaged in the production of conceptual and advanced models of input devices, in particular, mice and keyboards. Not ignored and combo-devices that simultaneously perform the functions of a coordinate graphical manipulator such as a mouse and a stripped down keyboard. Tenkey optical mouse TK-1411 just combines a two-button mouse (scroll wheel attached) and a 19-button keypad.
It is clear that such a “combo-mouse” is aimed primarily at the owners of mini-laptops with their not always convenient non-format keyboards. With the top panel closed, the TK-1411 is just a mouse. But under the transparent plastic “case” there is a keypad with a numeric keypad and the Enter and Esc buttons. According to representatives of the company-developer, such a mouse can seriously increase productivity in business applications. I really do not know (obviously, you must first get used to it). But Tenkey looks really cool.
It is not known just how much this miracle costs and when it will appear in our stores.
