Almost all of my familiar webmasters after Google’s social news and the appearance of the +1 button installed a button code on their resources. This very button appeared on very many sites, now adjacent to Facebook's “lacquer”, Twittera and Vkontakte. But until recently, the +1 button looked somehow lonely, not showing who pressed it. Yes, there is a tool in Google Analytics that allows you to see how many times a button has been pressed on various pages of a resource - and that’s almost all. Now the developers have updated the code, providing the button with additional information.
The update appeared literally the other day, but only yesterday the developers officially told about it. Now, when you hover the cursor over a button, a drop-down menu appears, indicating how many people have “plus”, including the names of some plus-lovers.

In order for such a menu to appear on the "+1" buttons of your own resources, you need to update it, buttons, code. True, the list does not display randomly selected people from the list of all those who voted, but only those who are your contact on the social network from Google. The operating principle of the social buttons of the “Corporation of Good” is similar to the principle of the direct competitor of Google+, the social network Facebook.

In general, this is a fairly minor change, but it will clearly attract the attention of some webmasters who have not yet installed the +1 button on their websites. In addition, the update is also useful for regular users, who will be able to see which friends and acquaintances on Google+ have approved the material being viewed by the user.
