In February, the service was launched to submit documents to the arbitration courts in electronic form “ My arbitrator ”. Thanks to this and, of course, 228-FZ , which just provided such an opportunity, you can manage litigations without getting up from the couch.

During the work of the service 24 906 people filed 111 372 documents, of which 97 938 were taken to work.

Today, we present the update service "My arbitrator."

First, the design of the main page was changed. Now, “My cases” are displayed on it - these are the last five litigations for which the user filed documents (by clicking on all the cases are available). Also with "My Subscriptions" : the last five updates are displayed for cases for which the user is subscribed in the " Electronic Guard " service. It is worth paying attention to the "News" section, in which you can familiarize yourself with the changes in the temporary procedure for filing documents with the court.

Secondly, to the two existing initiating sections “Statements and Complaints ” and “Documents on Cases” a section “Bankruptcy” was added, in which you can review the procedure, select the type of application and send it to court.

Go ahead. In the “My affairs” section now not only drafts are displayed, but also all documents sent by the user. Documents submitted have status accepted or rejected. If the document is rejected, the reason is displayed when clicking on the status.

Well, in conclusion. After the user completes all the fields, the service displays a "Summary" in which the applicant confirms the correctness of the information entered. This "summary" user can print and send to e-mail.
