Moscow GTUG - Crystallization

We, IT professionals, are in a kind of temporary anomaly. Time flows for us according to other laws. Only we had our GTUG-Reboot meeting, as already the next month was added to the universal register. New events are knocking, and we hasten to notify them!

We introduce a different format of communication in our community. Now every GTUG meeting will be shaped according to your preferences. You will learn about the mechanics of interaction and technogicker's sculpture that the participants themselves will sculpt at our upcoming meeting under the heading “Soup of Creatures” . And now in more detail:

This Friday, 08/19/2011 from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the Google office in Baltschug, we are holding the next meeting of our club of Google-oriented technomaniacs GTUG . What awaits you?

UPD! Attention, for reasons beyond our control, Google will not be able to allocate space for our event on Friday. As soon as the issue with the room for our meeting is resolved, it will be sent to the addresses you provided in the registration form for the event (link below).

The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 25 at 19:00 in the Google office on Baltschug 7.

We have provided a lot of sections in various areas that are interesting to you - geeks! Before each meeting, we will analyze which sections are most relevant to you and will be assembled into a whole, like a puzzle. Then under the selected sections we will prepare speeches. Moreover, everyone will be able to participate in the preparation of the section, or even speak at it! The most active GTUG'er will be encouraged (details at the meeting).

Here are the sections that will be in our current meeting:

• Soup creatures. Alexey Isachenko will talk about new interaction formats (multi- mosaic ) and will outline the concept of techno -puzzle - the kicker rating of speakers, which is also a dynamically developing 3D sculpture. It looks like a nonsense? Interesting? Come and find out what's what!
• Club green men. Within the framework of the club, Andrei Kovalev will tell and show how to start programming under the android and how to get pleasure and money from it. First, fill in a short form here.
• Robotsyp. Now comes the final stage of the Open Call contest, in which you need to assemble a device on the ADK that connects to the Android phone. Andrei Kovalev, Stanislav Stupnikov, Alexander Notchenko, Konstantin Smirnov will tell about the stages of the implementation of their Labirinth Wars project - how it originated, evolved, and how it is translated into reality. It will be interesting - join the team - enjoy the work with the glands!
• Attempt at writing. Many do not even suspect, but immensely interesting features are built into the standard Google Docs! Alexey Isachenko will tell you how to program under Google Apps Script API and how to make the system work for you, how to make your interfaces to Google services and how to stuff it into the cloud.
• Crystallization. Determine what is interesting to us, GTUG'u. We form teams of activists, authors of reports and articles. Making plans for the future and brainstorming.
• Mysterious section. Daniel Corneu answers your questions from the Moderator .
