Youtube configurator update

Updated simple and convenient configurator for Youtube player. The new version completely redesigned the code and added the ability to choose the type of player (AS2, AS3, HTML5). Added additions for the updated design of the Youtube player (selection of the theme and color of the controls).

All possible parameters described in the API are available for editing.
