Recently, the Internet has erupted into the emergence of multiple platforms for mini-blogging and the rapid growth in popularity of the phenomenon itself.
In this regard, and not only with this in one hangover morning :) this idea came. And why not make a website where the user will have a certain analogue of the blog, but the posting will consist of just one word. A sort of extremely brief pressing of the user's stormy thought process, a reflection of his momentary emotions, moods, etc. The idea seemed as crazy as it was interesting.

He shared his idea with a colleague ( Syrykh ) in the web-building workshop. She, too, relished and it was decided to embody. Said - done .

In the process of creation, a number of various related ideas appeared, some of which were also given life.

So, the main idea of ​​the project “ One Word ”. Each registered user can leave a message once a certain period of time (now it is 5 minutes), which should consist of one word. At the moment, it was decided to allow writing only in Cyrillic. As a result, each individual user and the site as a whole have a line of words . And on the main page the cloud presents the most popular words: they came to the head of the largest number of people.

Also made and some analogue of the comments. If someone agrees with the user who has said the word, then simply click on the corresponding link in the message feed (only registered users can agree). But here the user is limited in time. It is possible to agree within two hours from the moment of adding the word, while it is still relevant for the first spoken.

Understanding perfectly well that a person is a lazy creature, and it is unlikely that he will regularly go to the site to say a single word, we launched an ICQ bot. Said the word gets into the tape. At the same time in the user profile must be specified ICQ number. In the future, it is planned to add words via SMS.

So that everything was not so boring, added the ability to indicate the emotional mood of the speaker, as well as indicate the link explaining what was said in more detail.

In the future, there are many ideas for the development of the project and the attachment of new "stuff". It will be necessary to add users as friends (and where without them), different widgets will appear (for example, something like a live broadcast of words), etc.
