Both are suitable if you use a mobile phone as an alarm clock.

Now, to turn off the alarm, you first need to pull it out, and for this you have to raise your head from the pillow and open your eyes - consider that you are awake.
Using a mobile phone as an alarm clock allows you to choose any melody or song. And after a few days this music starts to annoy you. Try setting a vibration alert instead (it can be done differently on different phones). Firstly, the vibrating alert awakens no worse than any melody. Secondly, it causes less negativity - it’s stupid to be angry with a vibrating alert, it’s not an obsessive melody, it’s a normal sound that all telephones emit. On phones with a very weak vibrating alert, this may not work, but personally my vibration from the phone is transmitted throughout the bed and it becomes very difficult to sleep :)
